We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment at our nail salon. A credit card must be kept on file and waiver must be acknowledged when booking an appointment. We reserve the right to charge 100% of service price for last minute cancelations and missed appointments.

If you are sick, please contact us to reschedule. We will not accept sick clients under any conditions at our nail salon.

Removal of our work is complimentary.
We DO NOT remove someone else's work/product.
If you are wearing dip, polygel, acrylic, etc., it needs to be removed from a different nail salon before your appointment (preferably by a professional). If you arrive wearing said product and prefer us to remove it, you must add on "product removal service" so we have enough extra time to perform that service.
